I am passionate about happiness yours and mine. I encourage women to be physically, spiritually and emotionally fit.
I have always strived to live a balanced life. My balance consists of daily exercise, healthy eating, family and friendships, regular prayer, quiet time outdoors, reading and I’ve got to get my sleep.
In my past, I’ve experienced some digestive problems and would visit the doctor on numerous occasions and was continually told “eat more fiber” as I did, however, nothing would change. I still had the same problems. With no improvement to my health, I decided to figure out myself what was really going on with my body and after much research and experimenting, I realized which foods were good for me and which foods made me sick. By then, I knew beyond a doubt that helping women live healthier lives was my mission.
I always had big dreams in life… I knew I wanted to help people and make a real difference in the world. But for years I held back. I held back because I wasn’t sure of myself. I would tell myself “I can do this, then later tell myself that I can’t”. I would go back and forth constantly doubting myself. I would talk myself out of doing things due to not believing in me. Basically, I let fear and doubt get in my way. However, that’s no longer the case I overcame my fears and embraced my mission in life.
It took me some time to figure exactly how I wanted to design my career. I’ve experienced working in the health and education field and eventually, I found my niche. I decided to go back to school and formally study nutrition to be a health and wellness coach. I have also taken numerous continuing education courses in various holistic and integrative modalities. I learned how important it is to eat healthy meals so I decided to turn my passion for the healing power of food and exercise into a career.
Don’t make the same mistake I made by getting in your own way. When you feel like doing something that makes you happy, gives you energy, and you can’t stop thinking about it, that’s your calling. Do it! you’ll be happy you did. If I can do it you most certainly can too. I would love the opportunity to share my knowledge and experiences with you so that you can live your healthiest life and be happy too.
During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.
My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventative health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.

I am a supportive mentor who encourages and motivate individuals in making positive health choices. I educate and support my clients on how to achieve health goals.
