I am a certified functional nutrition counselor and holistic health coach, I am dedicated to helping women build better health habits to live healthier and happier lives.

My Story

I am on a mission for greater health, to empower women to love themselves and create their best lives ever. I am passionate about happiness yours and mine. I encourage women to be physically, spiritually, and emotionally fit, through healing foods, healing movement, and a healing mindset.

I have always strived to live a balanced life. My balance consists of daily exercise, healthy eating, family and friendships, regular prayer, quiet time outdoors, reading and I've got to get my sleep.

My personal health and educating others on their health and wellness have been a passion of mine for many years. I suffered from chronic digestive problems along with hormonal imbalances. I experienced constipation, bloating, heavy periods, abdominal pain, and other issues like so many others affected by these problems. I was prescribed pills and powders that were not addressing the cause of the problem.

My level of stress and anxiety were standing in the way of enjoying family, friends, vacations, and overall negatively impacting my life. My life revolved around my pain. After years of frustration, unanswered questions through series of visits to doctors leading to unremarkable results I was fueled with the motivation to find out myself what was really going on with my body. I tried to find the root cause as to why these symptoms were happening in the first place, and after much research and experimenting, I knew with certainty there are powerful natural methods to become healthier and happier. I discovered how to use nutrition to heal my body and resolve my issues. By then, I knew beyond a doubt that helping women live healthier lives was my mission.

I suspected that certain foods might play a substantial role in how I was feeling. So I decided to overhaul my diet once and for all. My experience healing inspired me to return to school and study holistic nutrition. I learned that optimizing your health starts with food. So I decided to turn my passion for the healing power of food and exercise into a career. I would love the opportunity to share my knowledge and experiences with you so that you can live your healthiest life and be happy too.

During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.

My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in functional nutrition, health coaching, and preventative health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.

I draw on my experiences and knowledge to help you in creating a personalized plan to health that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

We all want to be well. We yearn to be in control and feel better. We want more energy, so together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving weight goals, maximizing energy, feeling better, looking better, reduce food cravings, and increasing sleep.

I am a supportive mentor who encourages and motivates individuals in making positive health choices. I educate and support my clients on how to achieve health goals.

I am still on my journey to better health. Achieving good health is a journey, let’s take it together. I love to see when positive change happens. As food makes up a huge part of day-to-day living, getting the right advice on your diet can be life-changing.  And I would love to see you make choices that bring you to a healthier version of yourself. I will guide you every step of the way. This is not only my passion, it’s also my life.

Moving enough helps to reduce the stress hormone Cortisol. Too much cortisol can break down muscle, bone, and connective tissue. It can also encourage fat storage, especially around the belly. Move on a regular basis to relieve aches and pains. Movement is therapy to live well.
