  • 1 cup full-fat (plain, unsweetened) greek Yogurt (20g protein)

Instructions

Add to a a bowl:

1. 1 cup of full-fat (plain, unsweetened) Greek Yogurt

2. Top with 1/2 cup mixed berries

Notes

  • OPTIONAL: Stir protein powder into the yogurt if you want to up the protein.
