Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed

  • 1/2 cup protein powder

  • 1/2 cup nut butter (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract

  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, agave, or honey

  • 2 tablespoons of water

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup raisins

  • pinch of salt

    Instructions

    1. Mix all ingredients until well combined. Add a splash of water if needed

    2. Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper. Press firmly into pan. Cut into 8 equal parts. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes .

    3. Let cool before cutting.

    Notes

  • Mix in options: chopped dates, dried fruit (blueberries, cranberries, no sugar added), unsweetened coconut flakes, nuts.

  • Store in the fridge after a few days. If there’s any left. Enjoy!
