Ingredients
1 1/2 cups diary-free milk or water
1 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1/2 banana
1 cup fresh spinach
dash of cinnamon
ice (optional)
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
Instructions
Place spinach and milk or water into blender and blend until mixture is a green juice-like consistency. Stop blender and add remaining ingredients. Blend until creamy or desired texture. Enjoy!
